Flexible Pupil Identification

Pupils can use Synel system by using biometrics, smart cards and PIN access. At the heart of the biometric cashless system is a software program which recognises each individual customer, holds individual cash balances and records expenditure and cash received. It also records where and when money is spent and on what food.


Online Payments Option

Synel cashless can be accessed, checked and topped up from home allowing parents to have peace of mind. There is also the option for parents to top up student accounts via a secure on line payment facility.

Full set of management reports

graph-163509_640 (1)Synel cashless reporting system provides a variety of reports that give comprehensive information on all aspects of use of each student as well as each day’s service. You can select reports for specific day or between any dates you wish. These reports will be dated and timed to the minute and you can obtain them from EduReg2.

The reports can provide extensive information on:

  • Showing every item of food served & the total cost of each serving
  • Displaying individual payments made direct to the school by cash and manually entered into the system
  • Presenting each payment made by cash at the revaluation station by the pupil and even the number of individual coins and the denomination
  • Providing a total overview to show the date, time and location with cost of each purchase value of all manual cash payment, value of cash deposited in the revaluation station and current cash balance
