Most terminal problems get fixed before anyone books a van.
Current Synel terminals are managed from the centre. Our support team can see a device's status, push a configuration change or a firmware update, restart it and re-sync user data without a site visit. A clock that misbehaves on a Monday morning is usually sorted while you are still on the phone. Engineers go out for the faults that need hands on the hardware, and far fewer of those exist than people expect.
- Fleet view. Every terminal, every site, online or not.
- Remote config and firmware. One change, pushed to one device or the whole estate.
- Remote restart and diagnostics. Logs and status read from the centre, so a visit is the last resort, not the first.
- Covered by support. Part of the standard service on current Synergy terminals, not a bolt-on.
