Section 1

Capacity and tier classification

Tier identification

Have you accurately mapped the maximum capacity of every site across your estate to confirm whether each falls under the Standard Tier (200 to 799), Enhanced Tier (800 and above), or below the threshold?

Documented procedures

Do you have formally written, site-specific procedures covering evacuation, invacuation, and lockdown for each qualifying venue, ready for inspection?

Staff training records

Do you maintain digital, auditable records proving that relevant staff at each site have been trained on emergency procedures?

Section 2

Perimeter control and lockdown

Zone-based lockdown capability

In the event of an external threat, can central operations instantly lock down specific doors, zones, or entire buildings across your estate, without depending on local staff to act?

CCTV integration

Is your access control integrated with your Video Management Software so that security teams get instant visual verification of forced doors or perimeter breaches?

Visitor and search logging

Are all visitors and contractors digitally logged on entry, with bag search documentation for Enhanced Tier venues, in a format that can be exported for a regulatory audit?

Section 3

Real-time mustering and communication

Electronic mustering

Can you execute a real-time, hands-free headcount during an evacuation to instantly identify who is safe and who is unaccounted for, without relying on paper lists or manual roll calls?

Zonal tracking

If an invacuation is required, can your system track which staff and visitors are secured within specific safe zones in the building, in real time?

Instant mass communication

Can your system communicate a lockdown or evacuation status instantly to all registered users on site (staff, contractors, and visitors) via a mobile notification?

Section 4

Portfolio-wide visibility

Centralised monitoring

For multi-site estates, can your HQ team monitor security incidents, door status, and real-time occupancy across the entire portfolio from a single centralised dashboard?
