Our friendly Technical Support team is here to help you with your software and hardware issues. Our dedicated team handles all troubleshooting, maintenance, support and service. In addition, the support team offers services such as basic consulting services, installation, on-site training, and engineer call outs.
Every call is important to us. Our help desk is open from 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding banking holidays.
During the festive season the help desk will be closing on 24th December at 14.00 GMT. Our help desk will re-open as usual on Monday 4th January 2021 AT 8.30 GMT.
If your company is covered by our support contract your call will be logged and you will be given a reference number. If your company is not covered, please let our team know.
