Synel’s Technical Support
Our friendly Technical Support team is here to help you with your software and hardware issues. Our dedicated team handles all troubleshooting, maintenance, support and service. In addition, the support team offers services such as basic consulting services, installation, on-site training, and engineer call outs.
Every call is important to us. Our help desk is open from 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding banking holidays.
Please note that during the festive season our help desk will close at 14:00hrs on Friday 24th December 2021 and will re-open at 09:00hrs on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
If your company is covered by our support contract your call will be logged and you will be given a reference number. If your company is not covered, please let our team know.
