Synel's Technical Support

Our friendly Technical Support team is here to help you with any software or hardware needs — handling all troubleshooting, maintenance, support, and service requests. In addition, the team offers product consulting, installation, on-site training, and engineer call-outs. Every call is important to us.

Help Desk Hours

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Excluding UK banking holidays. During the festive season, the help desk closes at 14:00 on Christmas Eve and re-opens at 09:00 on the first business day in January.
