Synergy Visitor is Synel’s advanced visitor management solution available as an additional module to users of Synergy Workforce platform, or as a completely standalone solution.
The solution consists of a powerful back-office browser based management software, hosted in the cloud and accessible by authorised administrators from anywhere in the world, a robust yet stylish visitor facing tablet, and a black and white badge printer.
A number of advanced features are included, such as the ability to ask qualifying questions to visitors as they sign in, asking them to agree to policy or procedures – such as evacuation – and full e-mail and reporting functionality.
